Free delivery lead times on large appliances are 7-10 working days from despatch - if you need a faster service please get in touch for a quote.

Free delivery covers most of England, however surcharges will apply to Scotland, far western areas of Wales and the far South West of England. Please see the Zone map in the image gallery to check. All areas in Red (Zone 1) are free, all others will require payment of a small extra charge.

Important Delivery Instructions: 

• We are unable to despatch items unless we have a valid contact number  

• Once collected from our warehouse, the couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date  

• Please open and check your product before signing for it. If damaged beyond item description, either refuse the delivery or sign the delivery note as damaged. Failure to do this at delivery point will invalidate any future claims for damages. Any damages discovered after delivery point will be invalid   

• Failed deliveries as a result of change of mind, insufficient access and/or inability to meet the delivery date will result in a re-delivery/return charge of £65.
